Un gran día para los fanáticos de la música de los 80's. New Order y Pet Shop Boys anunciaron que tendrán una gira juntos en norteamérica.
Se trata de The Unity Tour, una gira que por primera vez une a ambas bandas para embarcarse juntos en una serie de conciertos en Estados Unidos y Canadá.
Lo más cercano a una colaboración entre New Order y Pet Shop Boys en el pasado fue en el proyecto Electronic, que estaba conformado en Bernard Sumner de New Order y Johnny Marr de The Smiths, trabajaron con Neil Tennant de Pet Shop Boys en su sencillo debut "Getting Away With It" en 1989.

El Unity Tour llegará a anfiteatros y arenas en toda América del Norte, incluidas las paradas en el Hollywood Bowl, el Madison Square Garden y el Gorge. La gira comienza en Toronto el 5 de septiembre y terminará en Octubre en el Hollywood Bowl de Los Angeles.
Recordemos que a finales del mes de Enero, Pet Shop Boys lanzó su nuevo disco "Hotspot", su primer disco desde 2016, cuando lanzaron "Super".

Pet Shop Boys and @neworderofficial today confirm a co-headlining tour of North America.
