The Flaming Lips anunció el lanzamiento del primer disco de grandes éxitos de su carrera, el que verá la luz el 1 de junio.
Titulado Greatest Hits Vol. 1, el álbum será editado en formato de disco compacto triple y en vinilo simple. Contendrá todos los singles de la banda, desde su disco Hit to Death in the Future Head de 1992 a czy Mlody de 2017, más lados B, rarezas, tomas de estudio y temas inéditos. También habrá una versión digital.
Cada uno de los temas de la antología será remasterizado de sus cintas originales, trabajo que estará a cargo del productor Dave Fridmann, veterano colaborador del conjunto comandado por Wayne Coyne.
